Our hotel features a private underground car park with 15 parking spaces arranged in a modern duplex system. This space-efficient solution allows vehicles to be parked on two levels, making optimal use of the available area while offering a sustainable approach to parking.

Please note that a green environmental badge is required for driving within Munich’s city centre. Certain diesel vehicles are also subject to restrictions. Thanks to MAXIMILIAN MUNICH’s central location, just a few minutes’ walk from Marienplatz, many of the city’s main attractions, restaurants and shopping areas are easily accessible on foot. Kindly note that the hotel cannot accept liability for illegally parked vehicles or any resulting damage.

A duplex parking system allows two vehicles to be parked in a single space, one above the other. A movable platform raises or lowers the upper car, enabling the space above or below to be used for another vehicle.
The most convenient option is to travel to Munich Central Station (Hauptbahnhof). From there, take an S-Bahn line towards Marienplatz. Exit at Marienplatz or Isartor, take the Tal exit, and walk towards Isartor. After approximately 250 metres, turn left into Hochbrückenstraße — MAXIMILIAN MUNICH is just a few steps away.
Yes, Munich’s environmental zone covers the area within the Mittlerer Ring. Only vehicles with a green environmental badge are permitted. Since 1 February 2023, diesel vehicles with Euro 4 or lower emission standards are also prohibited, with exceptions for residents, delivery traffic, tradespeople, and holders of exemption permits. Driving without a valid badge or with a restricted diesel vehicle may result in a fine of around €100.
There is no strict limit on vehicle height or length. However, if you are arriving with a particularly large vehicle, we recommend contacting us in advance to ensure the parking space is suitable.
