This Maisonette Style Suite impresses with the unique view into our rose garden. Fully-equipped kitchenette and the lounge with a balcony are located in the lower level. Follow the spiral staircase to the living room with a bathroom en suite upstairs which offers a fantastic view as well.

You can reach the luxurious 45 square meter Townhouse Suite directly from your private elevator. From the balcony you look directly onto our beautiful rose garden. In the spacious living area with fully equipped kitchen and dining-work table you can spend cozy hours and take a break from the vibrant Munich. King size bed, rain shower, flat screen and a Nespresso machine for your morning coffee. Pure luxury in our aparthotel in Munich.

This elegant suite is located on the first floor of one of our garden houses. The view into our rose garden from the balcony is fantastic. From the entrance area with a guest WC and a wardrobe you reach the lounge area with a spacious kitchen and sofa set. High windows and the entrance tot he balcony offer a lot of daylight. The separate living room is equipped with a Kingsize bed, the wide bathroom offers a bathtub and two sink.

The Park Suite is located on the first floor of the garden house.

The luxurious suite is located on the second floor in one of our garden houses. Enjoy the beautiful view into the garden and the 100years old chestnut tree provides shadow in the summertime. From the entrance area with a guest WC and a wardrobe you reach the spacious lounge area with the fully-equipped kitchen and a sofa set. High windows and the entrance to the balcony offer a lot of daylight. The separate living room is equipped with a Kingsize bed and offers utmost comfort, so the bathroom en suite.
